Monkey King Mandarin is a mobile application for Android phones and tablets. An adult can get help by emailing support@parktechsystems.com.

The game has no app account and does not collect an email address or password in the app.

Local progress after reinstalling

Progress is stored only on the device. Progress may be lost if the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared, and cannot be recovered by Park Tech Systems.

Reset All Progress clears only local progress and preferences. It does not remove the lifetime purchase.

Restore the lifetime purchase

Google Play and RevenueCat restore the one-time lifetime purchase; they never restore or change local progress.

Confirm the device is signed into Google Play with the Google account that made the purchase.
In Settings, select Restore purchases and allow Google Play and RevenueCat to check the purchase.

The unlock is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a recurring subscription. A successful restore gives access to paid zones in the journey map and Training only; it never restores or changes local progress. Google Play controls the purchase record. If Google Play cannot find the order, check the Play Store order history before contacting us.

Contact support

For purchase or local-data help, include the app version, device model, what you expected, and what happened. If the issue concerns a Google Play order, include only the Google Play order number.

We will never ask for Google Play credentials, a full payment card number, or bank details. Do not include unnecessary information about a child.
