Data and deletion

Monkey King Mandarin does not create an app account or collect an email address or password in the app. This page remains available for local-data and purchase-service information.

Progress is stored only on this device and may be lost if the app is uninstalled.

Clear local progress in the app

Open Settings.
Select Reset All Progress.
Confirm the reset.

This clears local progress and preferences on that device only. It preserves the lifetime purchase.

After uninstalling

Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local progress from that device. Because no remote progress exists, Park Tech Systems cannot recover it.

If you need help with a Google Play order, contact support. Do not send Google Play credentials, full payment card numbers, or information about a child.

Lifetime purchase restoration

Google Play handles payment and RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-user ID and purchase information to restore the lifetime entitlement. A restore provides access to paid zones in the journey map and Training; it never restores or changes local progress.

What may be retained

Google Play purchase records are governed and retained by Google under Google’s own policies. Limited support messages, security logs, or backup copies may also remain for their normal retention cycle or where needed for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

The lifetime unlock is not a recurring subscription, so there is no subscription to cancel. Clearing local progress does not issue a refund; Google Play handles eligible refund requests under its policies.
