This policy explains how Park Tech Systems handles information when you use the Monkey King Mandarin mobile application and its support website.

Information we handle

Playing the game

The game has no accounts and never asks for an email address. Game progress and preferences are stored only on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data removes that local information.

Purchases

Apple processes payments made through the App Store. We and our purchase-management provider process purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, receipt information, entitlement status, and an app user identifier so we can validate the lifetime unlock, restore it on another device, prevent fraud, and understand purchase performance. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Support

If you contact us, we handle the email address and information you include in your message so we can answer your request. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

How we use and share information

We use information only to operate the game, provide and restore purchases, answer support requests, maintain security, and understand aggregate service and purchase performance. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking.

We use service providers that process information for these purposes:

• Apple for App Store distribution, payments, and purchase records; and
• RevenueCat for purchase validation, entitlement management, restoration, and purchase analytics.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own and protect it under their contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the service.

Children and families

Monkey King Mandarin is designed for learners from primary-school age through to adults. The game has no accounts and no chat. A parent or guardian should manage purchases for a child and can contact us with any questions about a child’s information.

Retention and your choices

Game data remains on the device until it is reset, cleared, or the app is removed. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve the request. Limited security, transaction, or compliance records may be retained by us or our providers where reasonably necessary or legally required.

You can reset progress in the app’s settings or remove the app to clear device data. See Data deletion for details. Neither cancels or erases Apple’s independent transaction record, and a lifetime purchase may remain restorable through the App Store.
